Diamond Hats Support Oklahoma Ag Youth

The annual Diamond Hats gala set for Oct. 13.

Save the date and sparkle with the Diamond Hats at their annual gala. The Diamond Hats Gala is set for the evening of Oct. 13 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.

The evening promises a night of elegance, music, fundraising and live entertainment by Neal McCoy. Donations to this year’s auction include but are not limited to a XUV560E John Deere Gator, Express Cowboy Hat donated in memory of Justin Whitefield, a limited edition OYE Rifle, a four night getaway to Colorado, four NFR Tickets with a two night stay at Caesar’s Palace with dinner included, a 4 Star aluminum stock box, Thunder basketball tickets, a custom OSU fire pit, an RV spot at OYE along with various jewelry and western art.

“The gala is an opportunity to celebrate and support the success of our youth,” said Melissa Eisenhauer, Diamond Hats president. “It is sure to be a fun-filled night for everyone as we help fundraise in order to support our outstanding youth who exhibit livestock at the Oklahoma Youth Expo.”

For the past 13 years the Diamond Hats have sponsored and supported countless youth involved in agriculture. To date the Diamond Hats have purchased more than 215 animals at the Oklahoma Youth Expo’s Sale of Champions for a total of $374,800 going directly to youth.

In addition, 11 students have been granted Diamond Hat scholarships and nearly 85 animals have been donated to support food for kids programs with the Regional Food Bank. The Diamond Hats have also donated wheelchairs for disabled youth and work to provide FFA and 4-H jackets to youth in Oklahoma agriculture.

“We strive to provide our youth involved in agriculture with opportunities to grow to be the leaders of tomorrow,” Eisenhauer said. “Our future is in our youth and the ladies of the Diamond Hats are here to support them.”
